Located in North Carolina, our Service Center provides offers one-stop partnering services to local clients located within a radius of 100 miles. Through the service center, the clients have access to our on-site Service Center Project Manager and Business Development Manager who’ll help them with project overview, compliance review. The service center is conveniently and centrally located so that the clients can drop off their samples and pick up the sample containers for those emergency needs.

Key Services

• Field Services: On-Site Sample Pick-Up and sample containers delivery.
• Logistic Support: Scheduled sample delivery to the hub lab in Richmond, VA for air, water, soil and short hold analyses.
• Short Hold Analytical support: Bacteriological testing and DW data submission
